How long does setup actually take? +

Most organizers are live in under 15 minutes. You bring your event details, we bring the templates. Our onboarding team will sit on a call with you if you want the white-glove version — included on every plan.

What happens to my vendor data if I cancel? +

It's yours. You can export every record — vendors, invoices, applications, documents — to CSV or PDF at any time, no questions asked. After cancellation, we keep your data available for 60 days in case you change your mind.

Do you charge transaction fees on top of Stripe? +

No. You pay Stripe or Square their standard processing fee directly. Event Ninja takes nothing out of vendor payments — what they pay is what you receive, minus the gateway.

Can I use this for one-off festivals as well as recurring markets? +

Yes — events can be one-time, recurring, or seasonal. Plenty of customers use Event Ninja for a single 3-day food festival each year and others run 52 weekly markets. The interface adapts to either.

Is my vendors' data secure? +

SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-compliant data processing, encryption at rest and in transit, and daily backups across multiple regions. We treat your vendor list like the trade secret it is.
